My name is Romy, I am 26 years old, and my passion for matcha goes back almost 7 years, when I had the chance to travel to Japan. This country, with its age-old culture and refinement, left a deep mark on me. It was there, during my first trip, that I discovered matcha in all its splendor . I had the opportunity to participate in a traditional tea ceremony, and the magic happened instantly.
